United Way of Gratiot & Isabella Counties operates as a social services organization committed to improving the quality of life for residents in Mid Michigan. Located at 525 N State St #1 in Alma and with additional operations in Mt. Pleasant, our mission centers on fostering community well-being through effective leadership and resource allocation. We aim to tackle pressing local challenges by generating revenue through various campaigns, promoting volunteer engagement, and raising awareness about the needs of our community. Our programs include the ALICE Support Fund which assists households facing financial hardship, community investment initiatives that focus on long-term solutions, and specialized services such as our Diaper Bank and Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA).
