My biggest mistake was trusting All Dry Services of the Valley of the Sun in Mesa

I hired All Dry Services of the Valley of the Sun from Mesa after having a fire in my attic. All Dry brought to the site a company called Arizona Packout to help with my personal property. My entire house had to be cleared out. All Dry got a few bucks from Arizona Packout for the info. Arizona Packout has an F at the Better Business Bureau. Yelp scores are at 70% of the lowest score a customer can give. After ripping people off for 10+ years All Dry brought them to my house to "care" for all of our property. They did exactly what they have done to everyone else. Over $50k in damages and stolen property. My biggest mistake was hiring All Dry. It is impossible for All Dry to not I hired Alknow who AZ Packout is. Do they just pick random companies to bring to the job site, or do they sell out the customers for a few bucks? Either way tells the character of All Dry. Stay the hell away from All Dry. Arizona Packout can't exist unless companies like All Dry invite them. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!

If your General restoration contractor subs to Electrostar or Insurance recommends- Run

If you want your stereo equipment to come back damaged (wires cut) after a catastrophic event, then pick Electrostar If you want someone at Electrostar to break a part, try to glue that part back together (knowing full well it would not work after gluing), then try to hide that it was broken - go with Electrostar. If you want your electronics like gaming systems, directv, etc put into boxes for you to hook back up yourself, then pick Electrostar. If you want your refrigerator doors to not close properly after being stored by Electrostar, then THEY ask YOU if you have WD40 to 'fix' it only to not fix it, and we ALL know the smell it causes and it should not be used where food is stored as it WILL absorb the odor- you know who to call for this fantastic service- Electrostar... If you want to spend 6 major holidays, and 8+ months waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting for them to a) communicate b) provide a resolution on ONE of their many issues they caused- go with Electrostar.

Company is crooked

I retained this company services after a house fire, I had to remove the items from the basement with no reduction in estimate. I paid them 80% of the total estimate from them to purchase cabinets, flooring, paint, lighting fixtures. They left the basement windows open all year and now I have foundation issues. They never ordered the cabinets for the kitchen or bathrooms, the flooring nor the fixtures. They sanded and coated the basement walls, floors, main room floors, didn't replace the hardwood section that buckled from the fire dept water. He screwed it down and called it ok. Left the waterlines that were in the fire and are probably annealed. This was an electrical fire and they left some of the non burnt old wiring, scabbed 2x10 under the kitchen for floor Joice where the other ones burnt, and left receptacles unhooked. Nathan has stopped all contact and I have no money to purchase the items to finish my home and make it a home again in time for the holidays.
