Our mission is to empower families through affordable housing solutions, fostering strength, stability, and self-reliance. Through volunteer efforts and community support, we have constructed over 130 homes in the region over the past 30 years. We believe in a world where everyone deserves a decent place to live and are committed to making this vision a reality. Habitat for Humanity Pennyrile Region operates with a heartfelt commitment to enhancing lives through homeownership in Madisonville and surrounding areas. Since our inception over 30 years ago, we have focused on addressing the pressing need for affordable housing while fostering community engagement and volunteerism. Our organization has successfully constructed more than 130 homes for families in Christian, Hopkins, and Webster Counties, equipping them with the tools they need for financial stability. Each year, Habitat homeowners actively contribute over $70,000 to local property taxes, underscoring their commitment to the community.
